If it is not what you hoped for, say so and it is undone. This page is that promise written out properly, including what happens after the thirty days.
The short version: thirty days, and we do not ask why. Everything below is that promise written out properly.
Subscription — 30 days, no questions. Write to support@craftedscent.company within thirty days of paying and you get all of it back. You do not have to explain, and we will not try to talk you out of it.
Workshops — 30 days, no questions. The same, even if you have watched the whole thing. If it was not worth it, it was not worth it.
Email support@craftedscent.company from the address on the account and say what you would like refunded. That is the whole process — there is no form and no queue.
We pass the request to Paddle, our merchant of record, on the same working day. Paddle returns the money by the route you paid, which usually takes five to ten working days to appear depending on your bank. That part is not in our hands, and we will tell you the moment it has been sent.
| Situation | What happens |
|---|---|
| You want to stop subscribing | Cancel any time. You keep everything until the year you paid for runs out, and you are not billed again. We do not refund the remainder of a year that has been used — but see the next two rows. |
| You were charged for a renewal you did not want | Full refund, if you tell us within thirty days of the charge and have not used the studio since it. Forgetting to cancel is not a reason to keep somebody's money. |
| Something was broken and we could not fix it | A refund for the unused part of the year, whenever it happens. If you paid for something that did not work, the thirty days are irrelevant. |
| Charged twice, or charged the wrong amount | Refunded in full as soon as we see it, at any time. |
The offer is for people, not for patterns. If the same person refunds repeatedly and keeps coming back, we may decline and close the account. It has not happened yet and we would rather it stayed that way.
Nothing here reduces the rights the law gives you where you live. In the UK and the EU, digital content bought online normally carries a 14-day right to cancel — this policy is deliberately longer and easier than that, and where the law gives you more, the law wins.
A generous refund policy costs almost nothing in a business like this and removes the one real objection to paying for a year up front. If you are hesitating over $59 because you are not sure, this page is the answer: try it, and if it is not for you, say so and it is undone.
