Questions about the studio, the introduction, or a formula that will not behave — there is a person at the other end of this address.
The fastest way to reach us. We read every message and reply in our own words, usually within one working day.
Send an emailTrouble signing in? Use the “forgot password” link on the studio
sign-in screen — the reset mail sometimes lands in spam the first time.
A safety limit you disagree with? The studio applies IFRA standards
at the category you have selected on the Brief. Change the category and the limits move
with it.
A question about the introduction? Say which subject you mean and we can
answer specifically.
An online studio — the bench, the introduction and the journal all live at craftedscent.company. Registered company details will be published on this page at launch.
