No analytics, no advertising pixel, no tracker of any kind — and a plain list of everything that does leave your machine, and where it goes.
What Crafted Scent collects, why, who else sees it, and how to get rid of it. Written to be read rather than to be defensible.
There is no analytics on this site. No Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no session recorder, no third-party tracker of any kind. You can check the page source; that claim is easy to verify and we would rather you did.
We do not sell your information, and we never will. We do not use your formulas to train any model.

The only way a private message reaches staff is if the person who received it reports it. Deleting your account erases every message and picture you posted, everywhere. |

| Which parts of the bench get used | Sixteen named moments — that a bench was opened, that a material went on, that a subject was finished — with a random per-tab number that is thrown away when you close the tab. It carries no material name, no dose and no formula, and it could not, because the database is built to refuse them. It exists so a one-person studio can tell whether anything it builds is any use. Nothing in it is sold, shared, or used to advertise to you. |
We do not ask for a phone number, a date of birth, an address, or anything else we do not need. Payment card details never reach us at all — see below.
Two places, deliberately. In your browser, so the studio works with no connection at all; and in your account, so your work follows you between devices. Signed out, everything stays on the machine you are using.

| Google Fonts | The site loads two typefaces from Google's font service, which means your IP address reaches Google when a page loads. If that bothers you, say so — the fonts can be served from our own domain instead. |
| Your browser's speech service | Only if you use the microphone. Most browsers transcribe speech on their own servers, so your audio reaches your browser maker, not us. Crafted Scent never records or stores audio. Type instead if you would rather not. |
One, and it is the sign-in session — the thing that keeps you logged in. There are no advertising cookies and no tracking cookies, which is why this site does not throw a consent banner at you.
Your account and its work are kept while the account exists. Ask us to delete the account and the work goes with it. There is no delete button in the studio yet, so write to support@craftedscent.company and we will do it and tell you when it is done. Chat messages are not stored on our servers at all — the conversation lives in your browser and you can clear it whenever you like. Payment records are kept by Paddle for as long as tax law requires.
Write to support@craftedscent.company. We answer these within thirty days and usually within one.
Crafted Scent is not for under-16s and we do not knowingly hold their information. If you believe a child has an account here, tell us and it will be removed.
If information held here were ever exposed, we will tell the people affected directly and promptly, describe what happened in plain words, and say what we are doing about it. No delay while it is worded carefully.
If this page changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and account holders are told by email.
